If even the feedback form does not work. How good will be the provided tag software!? I have written an e-mail to "M$ tag team" …

Hi,

your feedback form does not work (see http://hfrmobile.spaces.live.com/blog/cns!9015C1E219CDFADA!1088.entry). Congratulations to Redmond …
Why does Microsoft introduce his own stuff and not use common 2D tags (e.g. QR)!?

Harald-René Flasch

2nd answer (within minutes after my last e-mail):Hello Harald, We have been successfully getting feedback through our web-based feedback form and have not heard of any problems. We want to make sure that anyone can get in touch with us to provide feedback about the product. If you could provide more information about the problems you are having with the feedback form, we can investigate what the problem is. In regards to your earlier question about existing common 2D barcodes, we believe that there are a lot of advantages to the approach we have taken with Microsoft Tag, both the barcode technology itself, and the entire system and architecture of which it is part. It is still early in the development of barcode technology and we believe that over time the advantages of the Microsoft Tag approach will continue to grow. Of course, consumers and publishers are free to use whatever solution they find that best suits their needs. Thanks, The Microsoft Tag Team
