Nobody is perfect


The thing with encoding, charset etc. seems to be a big problem in the software industry or a big problem for some programmers (even at Microsoft!) … ASCII, UTF-8, ANSI, OEM, …

The missing/wrong character is é:
aka é aka C3 A9 aka %C3%A9 aka %e9 aka 1f aka é aka é aka … depends on how and where to use it 😉
